Instructor Fins come with pure carbon fiber blades in our shortest length (560mm) and hardest stiffness.

If you will wear your fins barefooted, choose a footpocket size down from your normal shoe size. If you will wear 3mm booties, choose your normal shoe size, and if you will wear 5mm booties, choose a size up.
